Interview Process

At ISA Assist, we take great care in thoroughly reviewing every application, as we firmly believe that the right talent is instrumental in our overall success. Our selection process is thoughtfully crafted to include a combination of conversational and case interviews. This approach aims to stimulate productive discussions and provide us with a comprehensive understanding of each talent persona, skills, and potential.

Candidates go through a 4-step recruitment process:

1- Interview with Functional Manager:

The first round typically consists of a one-on-one in-depth technical interview with the department director or manager to ensure the candidate possess the needed skills for the position. This interview also helps us understand the professional background, experience and accomplishments of the candidate.

2- Technical Tests or Case Study:

The potential candidate will also go through a technical exam and/or a case study to test problem solving and determine if the skills they possess would position them well for a successful career at ISA Assist.

3- English, Excel and IQ Tests: Today, many day-to-day tasks require using Excel tools to analyze data, therefore candidates will be given a few exercises to ensure that they are comfortable in handling data. In addition, proper communication in English with our market counterparts or clients has undoubtably emerged as an essential skill for success. Therefore, candidates will be requested to write a short essay to evaluate how comfortable they are in expressing themselves in English. We also introduced the IQ test to assess problem solving capabilities which are essential for us to deliver our promise to clients.

4- Interview with HR and Director: A one-on-one interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team focused on behavioral and cultural-fit questions. We are searching for more than a resume and this gives us the opportunity to find out more about your background and interests. This is also the time for the candidate to ask questions about ISA. A final interview with the director can be conducted if needed.
