We cover the costs of an economy one-way ticket for a member to return home in the event of the death of an immediate family member or significant damage to their place of residence.

Repatriation of Mortal Remains:

In the event of the untimely passing of a member, we will facilitate and bear the expenses associated with the preparation of remains, including the necessary documentation and transportation back to the member’s home country.

Assistance of minor children:

In the event of a medical emergency or the passing of a member, we will organize one-way transportation for unaccompanied children to their place of residence.

Evacuation transport for family members:

If a member is subjected to evacuation need, we shall coordinate and cover the expenses pertaining to the repatriation of immediate family members to their residence or their transportation to the site of the evacuated member.

Hotel Referral:

Our 24/7 call center is at the disposal of the Insured to provide counsel on the available hotel chains situated in close proximity to their requirements, as per their request.

Compassionate Visit:

In cases where the Insured is hospitalized for over 7 days while traveling alone, we will assume the costs associated with bringing a loved one to join and take care of the Insured.

Inoculation, Embassy Referral and Visa Requirement Information:

Upon the Insured’s request, we shall furnish information pertaining to visa and inoculation requirements for foreign countries and provide Embassy addresses and operating hours.

Interpreter & Legal Referral:

We can recommend dependable legal advisors and interpreter services in any country.

Care of Elder Parents:

In the event of a medical emergency or the passing of a member, we will facilitate and cover the costs associated with the one-way transportation and escort needed of an unaccompanied elderly parent who faces difficulties traveling alone to their place of residence.

Emergency Message Transmission:

We will transmit messages to and from the member, family members, doctors, and employer, were legally permissible.

Interpreter & Legal Referral:

Our legal team provides legal guidance and proficient interpretation services. Furthermore, we handle the coordination of bail bonds if needed.
